Who We Are

Our firm consists of 28 lawyers largely focused on representing the energy industry in a wide variety of litigation, title, and transaction matters. Our energy clients include operator and non-operator exploration and production companies, midstream companies, oil and gas service companies, mineral buying companies, and other companies involved in the energy industry. Our attorneys also serve the business community at-large. We represent businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, business formation and transactions, labor & employment, and real estate matters. In addition to our Texas practice, our attorneys are licensed in Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. We have offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Longview, and Tyler.
