Lauren Lock Telep

Associate

Lauren is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Freeman Mills PC. Her practice focuses on energy and natural resources law with an emphasis on title examination. She primarily represents oil and gas companies in their exploration and production operations. She drafts a variety of different title opinions and other transactional documents. Prior to beginning her firm practice, Lauren served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael Nerren, District E, and A. Parker Self, Division F, of the 26th Judicial District Court, Bossier and Webster Parishes, Louisiana, both of whom served as consecutive Chief District Judge during her tenure. In addition to her oil and gas practice, Lauren has experience with estate planning and trusts, succession and probate law, contracts, entity formations and dissolutions, general business transactions and counsel, legal advisement and counsel for entrepreneurs and startup companies, corporate mergers/acquisitions and dispositions, employment law, property disputes, and commercial litigation in both Texas and Louisiana.
