James E. Osteen

Associate

James is an associate in the firm’s Fort Worth office. He graduated with a degree in finance from Baylor University and later received his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2025. While in law school, James gained valuable experience by clerking for Freeman Mills and interning at the Railroad Commission’s hearings division. 

James grew up in Plano, Texas and currently lives in Fort Worth with his wife Katrina.
