Mr. Pollard began his oil and gas career litigating issues facing drilling product manufacturers before becoming an independent landman where he negotiated contracts, drafted oil and gas curative documents, and ran title in several Texas counties.  Mr. Pollard’s experience includes employment by a major oil and gas company where he shared landman, division order analyst, and in-house counsel responsibilities.  The majority of Mr. Pollard’s work in the oil and gas industry includes preparing drilling, division order and acquisition title opinions covering Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, and New Mexico and performing “standup” title opinions.

Mr. Pollard’s practice is predominately focused on oil and gas title examination.
