Nathan Myers

Senior Associate

Nathan is a senior associate and is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He has extensive upstream experience in a variety of resource plays spanning several states. He is experienced in advising both large and small E&P companies, attorneys, and landmen on complex title issues and operational and regulatory matters and in drafting and negotiating related agreements. Nathan also has considerable experience representing companies, mineral funds, investors, and individuals in the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas assets.

Nathan has represented clients in an array of oil and gas related claims, including ownership disputes, lease termination, breach of contract, and improper suspension of royalties, and has represented clients before the Railroad Commission of Texas.
