Kurt T. Miller


Kurt is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office. His practice focuses on natural resources law with an emphasis on title examination. He primarily represents oil and gas companies in their exploration and production operations. He has performed stand-up title searches, as well as drafted Original Drilling Title Opinions, Acquisition Title Opinions, and various curative instruments. During law school, Kurt gained industry experience by working in-house with a Dallas-based oil and gas company, and for the Texas General Land Office in Austin. In addition, Kurt clerked for Freeman Mills PC for over a year, before joining the firm as a full time associate in July 2015. Kurt has been married to his wife, Rachel, since 2013.
