Hank Walden

Associate

Hank is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office. His practice focuses on oil, gas, and natural resources law with an emphasis on title examination and acquisitions. He primarily represents oil and gas companies in their exploration and production operations. He drafts a variety of different title opinions, service agreements, and other transactional documents. He also provides counsel for general business and individual needs, including entity formation and governance, document preparation, and various other legal issues outside of his oil and gas practice.

Having worked for small as well as large, multinational oil and gas companies prior to law school, Hank brings his experience with the business needs of oil and gas clients to the firm’s practice. Hank clerked with Freeman Mills PC during law school before joining the firm as an Associate in September 2018.
